Senior Director of AI Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the engineering strategy for next-generation agentic infrastructure services, the full-time Senior Director of AI Infrastructure will define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap, build core capabilities for AI-native companies, and drive architectural excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for agentic AI infrastructure services
• Lead the architecture and delivery of core agentic infrastructure capabilities
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization while ensuring operational excellence at scale

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in building and operating cloud infrastructure and distributed compute systems
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure needs of agentic systems
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and execution
• Experience operating production systems with high reliability requirements
• Track record of leading large, distributed engineering teams through change
