Senior Director of AI Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the engineering strategy for next-generation infrastructure, the full-time Senior Director of AI Infrastructure will define and execute the technical roadmap for agentic AI services, ensuring high-performance environments for developers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year engineering strategy for agentic AI infrastructure services
• Lead the architecture and delivery of core agentic infrastructure capabilities, including Open Harness Runtime and Action Toolbox
• Build a high-performing engineering organization by mentoring and scaling a geographically distributed team

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in building and operating cloud infrastructure or distributed compute systems at scale
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure needs of agentic systems, including MicroVMs and high-performance runtimes
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and execution
• Experience operating production systems with high reliability requirements and measurable SLOs
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams through technical and organizational change
