Job Summary

Senior Director of AI/ML Strategy, responsible for leading the Innovation Strategy team to accelerate cross-company innovation by identifying and advancing high-impact use cases, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize innovation opportunities and manage the use case pipeline
• Showcase innovations and translate progress into effective communication for marketing and executive purposes
• Oversee the innovation lifecycle from inception to realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Relevant University degree with 15+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, or program leadership
• Advanced degree is desirable
• Experience in managing innovation pipeline lifecycles and business case development
• Proven leadership experience at the intersection of technology and business
• Experience with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies applied to business challenges
