Job Summary

Driving the operational backbone of the AI Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Director of AI Operations will translate enterprise-wide AI strategies into actionable plans, ensuring the effective execution of AI initiatives across business lines while maintaining high standards of quality and risk management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitating execution of long-term strategic AI plans for business lines, ensuring alignment and resource availability
• Establishing operational mechanisms and standards to deliver consistent quality and speed in AI initiatives
• Leading efforts to upskill the workforce and drive adoption of AI tools across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in operations, program management, or technical strategy within a large, global organization
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape and its lifecycle, from data preparation to production
• Experience in strategic change management and operational discipline
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, translating requirements into business value
