Senior Director of AI Products

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the remote Senior Director of AI Products will own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of AI applications, focusing on agentic workflows and enterprise customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery rigor and roadmap clarity
• Define and prioritize the 12-to-18-month product strategy across AI Products, making explicit investment tradeoffs
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure sound product decisions at both the model and infrastructure layers

Required qualifications

• Proven product leadership experience managing a multi-product portfolio and developing product managers
• Experience in shipping agentic AI products at enterprise scale, with a strong understanding of evaluation frameworks
• Domain expertise in investigations, compliance, or related fields, with an understanding of analyst needs
• Familiarity with enterprise product instincts, including sales cycles and regulatory requirements
• Strong technical foundation to engage meaningfully with ML engineers on model behavior and evaluation design
