Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI Business Solutions Leader (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees team accountability for operational excellence and risk management throughout sales stages
• Drives proactive identification of cross-solution opportunities and change management for customer success
• Manages team performance and development while advocating for customer needs and experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years of experience in related technologies or consulting
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing technical teams
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and software development/support
• Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Health and Life Sciences industry experience preferred
