Senior Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary

To drive AI-enabled capabilities across the organization, the full-time Senior Director of AI Strategy will serve as the company's primary internal AI technical advisor, designing and implementing scalable AI solutions while collaborating with various business units in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows across teams, ensuring scalability and security
• Provide tailored guidance on AI tools and architectures, driving efficient and secure implementation
• Build internal AI capability through training programs and workshops to enhance AI literacy across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in technology, engineering, or architecture roles with recent AI/ML exposure
• Deep knowledge of modern AI tooling, including LLMs and automation platforms
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles relevant to AI deployments
• Exceptional executive communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to influence enterprise change across complex environments without direct authority
