Senior Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the AI strategy and data platform direction, the full-time Senior Director of AI Strategy will oversee enterprise architecture and technical modernization in a remote capacity, focusing on enhancing product capabilities and engineering productivity in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI strategy across Product and Engineering, prioritizing AI use cases to improve various operational aspects
• Establish strategic direction for the data platform, ensuring data governance and analytics enablement while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Maintain enterprise architecture principles and lead solution architecture for major product initiatives and AI-enabled capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or related technology leadership roles
• 5+ years leading architecture, technical strategy, or AI initiatives in complex SaaS environments
• Practical experience with AI technologies and implementation patterns, including generative AI and responsible AI practices
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and data governance concepts
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance considerations, including HIPAA and SOC 2
