Job Summary

Senior Director of AI Transformation is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading AI adoption across business functions, building investment cases, and driving deployment while collaborating closely with the CIO and functional VPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI use case roadmap, identifying and prioritizing areas where AI adds value
• Partner with the CIO to ensure alignment between business priorities and the technical roadmap
• Define necessary organizational changes and coach functional leaders on adoption methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Industry experience in a technology or software company, focusing on AI and automation initiatives
• Proven track record of executing AI strategies in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to engage with both technical and business audiences
• MBA from a top program
