Job Summary
Driving the adoption and business impact of AI across the enterprise, the full-time Senior Director of AI Transformation will manage cross-functional initiatives, establish AI governance, and connect business priorities with emerging AI capabilities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across various business functions based on value and feasibility
- Establish and evolve the AI Center of Excellence, creating frameworks and best practices for responsible AI adoption
- Lead cross-functional AI transformation initiatives, tracking metrics to measure adoption and business impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or related fields with a focus on AI
- Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and automation with practical business applications
- Experience in evaluating and executing technology or AI use cases based on business value
- Proficient in developing executive-level presentations and business cases
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
