Senior Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Analytics to lead its enterprise-wide analytics function in a centralized operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a cohesive analytics strategy aligned with enterprise priorities
• Lead a centralized analytics team supporting various stakeholders and ensuring scalable service delivery
• Oversee the development of enterprise dashboards and performance insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, with at least 5 years in senior management
• Proven experience leading centralized analytics functions at an enterprise level
• Deep understanding of analytics methodologies and business performance measurement
• Strong command of tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred
