Key Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex analytical findings into actionable insights
• Leads patient and consumer journey analytics, delivering insights into engagement, adherence, and retention
• Drives advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and performance analytics to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, business, engineering, or related field (Required)
• 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or performance governance roles (Required)
• Experience leading analytics teams at the Director level or above (Required)
• Knowledge of the patient access and specialty pharmacy ecosystem (Required)
• Proficiency with modern analytics and business intelligence tools (Required)
