Senior Director of Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting the business remotely, the full-time Senior Director of Analytics will manage the execution of the analytics strategy for employee benefits, provide guidance to local offices, and lead a team of financial analysts to improve service efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the analytics strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Identify operational improvements and manage service needs across designated regions
• Lead a team of financial analysts and oversee the delivery of analytical services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry
• Strong technical knowledge of health and life insurance coverage
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance company proprietary software
