Senior Director of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise analytics strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Analytics will define and execute the analytics roadmap, oversee the development of performance dashboards, and promote data literacy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Oversee the development of dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor performance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and data visualization best practices
• Strong familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and data governance practices
• Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred
