Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Analytics Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the design, development, and maintenance of the DataMart for business and operational support
• Oversee the design and execution of membership eligibility and lead generation processes for Value-Based Care contracts
• Develop performance monitoring tools and capabilities for internal and client-facing dashboards and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Value-Based Care provider group and/or health plan
• Experience with standard software development processes, including Scrum
• Background in data engineering to support analytics use cases
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in healthcare claims and operational data analysis
• Project management and cloud computing experience
