Senior Director of API Integration

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for core platform capabilities, the remote Senior Director of API Integration will drive the evolution of AI-powered systems, manage partnerships with engineering teams, and engage with enterprise customers to validate use cases and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for core platform capabilities across APIs, voice, messaging, orchestration, and automation
• Drive the evolution from feature delivery to intelligent system design, including inputs, reasoning, orchestration, and outputs
• Translate complex problems into clear product direction and execution plans while partnering with product peers to ensure reliability and compliance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant ownership and leadership responsibility
• Strong background in platform, APIs, and developer-centric products such as CPaaS or SaaS
• 10+ years of contact center experience with expertise in CCaaS platforms and omnichannel customer engagement
• Proven ability to build and scale a platform from inception to maturity
• Deep technical fluency in API design, system architecture, and platform tradeoffs
