Senior Director of Application Engineering

Job Summary

To support business transformation priorities, the full-time Senior Director of Application Engineering will manage engineering delivery and operational excellence across enterprise application platforms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery and operational health for the enterprise applications portfolio
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of applications, ensuring high availability and performance
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and automation to enhance productivity and reduce complexity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application engineering or enterprise systems leadership
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams for enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS
• Experience with application lifecycle management and production operations
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and modern development practices
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
