Senior Director of Application Services
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Director of Application Services will lead a team in the strategic implementation, management, and enhancement of information systems that support university advancement efforts, with the flexibility for 100% remote work and periodic on-campus requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the support and enhancement of advancement information systems and technologies
- Collaborate with University Advancement staff to translate needs into technical requirements for system enhancements or new implementations
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure proficiency in using advancement information systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Significant relevant experience, preferably within higher education (typically 5-10 years)
- Proven experience implementing and managing information systems in fundraising or non-profit organizations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of data privacy laws and best practices in data security
