Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with a strong understanding of sales and customer engagement
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, focusing on data-driven decision-making
