Senior Director of Architecture

Job Summary

Leading the technical strategy for global products and AI platforms, the full-time Senior Director of Architecture will oversee the evolution of a cloud-native ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security while mentoring a team of architects in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and influence the execution of an AI-native architecture that supports core software services
• Establish global standards for architectural consistency and ensure alignment with the long-term technology roadmap
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, particularly in AWS
• Experience with building AI-native products and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate strategic technical shifts to executive leadership and engineering teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
