Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Assessment Strategy will manage proposal response strategies, translate technical documentation for proposals, and drive the development of assessment solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead proposal response strategy to align assessment products with state and district needs
- Translate technical documentation into accessible proposal text and maintain consistency across materials
- Serve as a psychometric subject matter expert to diagnose proposal gaps and develop solutions
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or a closely related field; or a Master's with relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience related to assessments
- Deep expertise in psychometrics and educational measurement methodologies
- Experience leveraging AI tools for proposal development and technical writing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with K-12 district or state level audiences
