• Collaborate with senior leadership and oversee third-party service providers to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/corporate real estate asset and property management
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience managing complex real estate portfolios across multiple asset types
• Strong financial acumen with experience in real estate financial modeling
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills
