Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of internal audit activities and compliance monitoring
• Identify and promote operational changes through collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory, audit, compliance, or operations within a healthcare environment
• Experience in managing audit teams and developing staff
• Strong understanding of industry best practices in internal audit and compliance
• Ability to build strategic relationships with key management stakeholders
