Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, evaluation, and terms of service
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding benefits programs
• Lead plan design and cost-sharing strategies in collaboration with brokers and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in benefits management, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in benefits program administration and vendor negotiations
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Previous experience in compensation or total rewards roles is beneficial
