Job Summary
To shape and elevate the total rewards landscape, the full-time Senior Director of Benefits will design and implement sustainable benefit strategies across North America while partnering with senior leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer cost-effective health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs across North America
- Manage the multi-region operational budget, utilizing financial modeling and market benchmarking for sustainability
- Oversee governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and regional requirements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive benefits leadership experience managing complex multi-country portfolios
- Deep working knowledge of statutory benefits, tax rules, and relevant compliance regulations
