Job Summary

Serving as a senior strategic partner, the full-time Senior Director of Benefits Operations will guide leadership development, program design, and operational delivery of caregiver programs while working in a hybrid environment with occasional presence required at the Seattle headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive multi-year strategic planning and develop an integrated roadmap aligning organizational goals with people, processes, and partner capabilities
  • Build and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, influencing cross-functional alignment and coordinating the execution of strategic priorities
  • Lead and develop a team of Directors, fostering a culture of performance, growth, and accountability within the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including experience leading through other leaders
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise or multi-year strategic planning with measurable outcomes
  • Established competency in executive communication and creating board-ready narratives
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders
