Senior Director of Billing Strategy

Job Summary

Driving enterprise billing strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Billing Strategy will manage vendor relationships, oversee billing platform direction, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Directing the development and execution of the enterprise billing platform strategy
• Leading vendor management for billing systems, including defining SLAs and conducting quarterly business reviews
• Collaborating with business partners to identify and prioritize simplification and standardization efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of coursework and experience may be considered
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience in billing systems or information systems
• Proven strategic leadership and vendor management skills
• Experience in evaluating business and technology solutions for functional platforms
• Strong ability to influence partner roadmaps and drive cost optimization
