Senior Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the biometrics team and provide statistical input for clinical trial design and protocol development
• Promote innovative statistical methods and ensure high-quality data through collaboration with study teams
• Manage CRO/vendor oversight and contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with Health Authorities

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field with 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
• Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and experience with regulatory submissions
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and familiarity with CDSIC standards
• Experience in people management and working in a matrixed organization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
