Job Summary
Leading a team of researchers and analysts, the full-time Senior Director of Brand Intelligence will deepen the rigor of brand intelligence practices, translate cultural signals into actionable strategies, and embed intelligence as a strategic asset within the agency and client work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the research team, setting standards for rigor in discovery and recommendations
- Drive discovery methods to uncover human truths and leverage AI for qualitative insights
- Translate behavioral and cultural insights into strategic implications for clients, ensuring intelligence shapes decision-making
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in building strategy and intelligence work at senior levels
- Strong grounding in behavioral and cultural insights, with expertise in research and strategy integration
- Demonstrated ability to develop AI-enabled workflows for research and analysis
- C-suite credibility with the ability to communicate business impact effectively
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
