Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Orgovyx Brand Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the brand strategy and growth plan for Orgovyx, ensuring high-impact execution
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across various channels
• Manage the Orgovyx P&L to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven success in leading commercial brand strategy and execution in oncology
• Experience with brand leadership and full P&L ownership
• Prior experience working within alliance structures is highly desirable
