Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Bus Programs to lead strategy and execution in zero-emission transit and school bus sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Bus Initiative Strategy and Operational Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee major Bus programs and projects, ensuring alignment with initiative goals and effective resource management
• Engage with industry stakeholders and government agencies to advance policy frameworks and secure funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in transit, school transportation, fleet electrification, or related clean transportation sectors
• 7+ years of program and project management experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• 5+ years of business development and partnership cultivation experience
• Strong understanding of policy, regulatory, and market drivers impacting bus deployment nationally
