Senior Director of Business Analytics

Job Summary

Supporting multiple customer groups within the oncology therapeutic area, the full-time Senior Director of Business Analytics will conduct advanced analytics for marketing impact measurement, oversee promotional strategy effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to drive insights and decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop business tactics and strategies
• Lead the development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years of analytic experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience in relevant data sources and methodologies
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques, including multivariate analysis and promotional responsiveness
• Experience in digital analytics and patient data analytics using claims data
• Strong statistical background with extensive modeling experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in Oncology and/or Rare Disease is required
