Senior Director of Business Analytics

Job Summary

Driving strategic execution and analytical insights, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Analytics will manage business operations, oversee analytics functions, and lead cross-functional programs to support the transformation of the research business.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and manage the operating cadence for executive meetings and business reviews, ensuring decision-ready materials and accountability across teams
• Establish and lead the Business Analytics function, developing KPIs and executive dashboards to provide visibility into performance and strategic initiatives
• Oversee cross-functional program leadership, aligning resources and ensuring successful transitions of initiatives into permanent organizational structures

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy within a large, matrixed organization
• Proven track record supporting P&L-owning senior executives and managing complex operating rhythms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Ability to develop and implement an analytics function, including defining data standards and collaborating with data engineering teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level materials and adapting narratives for diverse audiences
