Senior Director of Business Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Platforms & Architecture responsible for guiding and enabling technology platforms that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary platform architect for Salesforce and NetSuite, managing data models and integration strategies
• Lead the shift to a federated model for Salesforce administration, empowering business ops users to manage changes and reporting
• Manage and develop a lean international team while overseeing relationships with external vendors related to platform development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business systems, platform architecture, or enterprise applications
• Deep experience with Salesforce governance, integrations, and architecture
• Familiarity with NetSuite financial systems and their interaction with GTM workflows
• Experience leading federated configuration models or Business Systems COEs
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with Sales, Finance, and Technical leaders
