Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within biotech, life sciences, or clinical research
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing teams
• Expertise in sales methodologies, budgeting, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
