Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Shared/Multi-tenant Infrastructure including Server, Storage, Network, and Cloud services
• Experience with ITIL governance and Major Incident Management
• Proven ability in strategic business expansion and opportunity narrative creation
• Experience in coaching and managing distributed teams
• Ability to build business cases with clear value metrics for service improvements
