Senior Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation of scientific analyses and prepare summaries and presentations related to new product acquisitions
• Identify and evaluate external growth opportunities in Neurology, CNS, and Rare Diseases therapeutic areas
• Conduct strategic, market, and competitive analyses of business development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 5+ years of experience in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or Neurology
• 2+ years of experience in CNS/Neurology
• 4+ years of business experience in Pharma/Biotech (BD and/or R&D)
• Exceptional knowledge of drug development activities and commercial processes
• Experience in scientific evaluation and diligence for M&A and licensing activities
