Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 5-year pipeline of new opportunities focused on prime pursuits
• Develop and execute the organization's overall business development strategy
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and monitor market dynamics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in business or technical roles within the aircraft or aviation sector
• Knowledge in areas such as aircraft modification, integration, and certification
• Demonstrated success in leading new business pursuits in the $10M-$100M range
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
