Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development to lead and scale their Business Development and Regional Account Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy and growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop Business Development Account Executives and Regional Account Executives to maximize performance
  • Design and implement the Business Development program, including goals, strategies, and KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of successful sales management experience, including field-based and inside/virtual sales leadership
  • Demonstrated success in client success, account management, or business development with measurable revenue growth
  • Experience in legal services or legal support preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
