Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise RCM opportunities ($1M-$10M+ first-year contract value)
- Develop and execute a territory or solution-specific go-to-market strategy
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and lead complex, consultative sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 12-20+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
- Proven success in originating and closing new logos in revenue cycle management
- Experience selling complex, multi-solution offerings with long sales cycles
- Familiarity with offshore or global delivery models, strongly preferred
