Job Summary
Driving the growth and expansion of the organization, the full-time Senior Director of Business Development will lead the business development team, formulate strategies, and establish relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and inspire the business development team to achieve individual and team targets
- Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven success in developing and executing business development strategies
- Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of market research methodologies and business acumen
