Job Summary

Generating new business opportunities, the full-time Senior Director of Business Development will lead outreach to potential clients, develop account strategies, and build long-term relationships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead outreach to new clients and drive new RFPs by setting up initial meetings
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and target potential new business opportunities
  • Coach account leaders on client relationship development and manage client databases using CRM systems
Required qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in custom market research and consulting
  • Experience with team-based selling and collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications
