Job Summary
Generating new business opportunities, the full-time Senior Director of Business Development will lead outreach to potential clients, develop account strategies, and build long-term relationships in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead outreach to new clients and drive new RFPs by setting up initial meetings
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and target potential new business opportunities
- Coach account leaders on client relationship development and manage client databases using CRM systems
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in custom market research and consulting
- Experience with team-based selling and collaboration with subject matter experts
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications
