Senior Director of Business Development Finance

Job Summary

To drive the financial strategy and execution of business development initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Development Finance will partner with senior leaders to assess acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial opportunities while leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Business Development leader, supporting major strategic transactions and finance-related operating mechanisms
• Lead financial evaluation and execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, ensuring timely analysis and clear recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting best practices for strategic financial analysis across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in corporate M&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory
• Proven track record of leading large, complex transactions from evaluation through execution and post-close value realization
• Experience operating at the executive level within a global, matrixed organization
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
