Senior Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics and data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy across corporate and franchise operations
• Own the end-to-end BI and analytics platform, ensuring alignment between data engineering and business reporting
• Lead the development of advanced analytics and AI roadmap to enable proactive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data leadership roles
• Proven experience owning and scaling an enterprise BI platform
• Strong hands-on understanding of Snowflake, Azure data services, and Power BI
• Experience leading both data engineering and analytics teams
