Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business intelligence strategy and execution
• Define and maintain the BI roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Deliver insights across revenue, labor, guest experience, and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data leadership
• Hospitality experience within hotels, resorts, or hospitality management companies
• Hands-on experience with DataVision, ProfitSword, Opera PMS, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial reporting
• Proven ability to operate independently while building scalable programs
