Senior Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of the Business Intelligence platform, the full-time Senior Director of Business Intelligence will manage a team of BI engineers, drive data visualization improvements, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance strategic decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Business Intelligence department, focusing on analytical and predictive reporting
• Manage a team of engineers, analysts, and project managers to maximize effectiveness and meet data visualization needs across the organization
• Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership to assess and support data and reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence/Analytics organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data warehousing solutions
• Proven track record of achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for departmental success
• Experience working with C-suite and board members, alongside project management expertise
