Senior Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Senior Director of Business Operations will lead transformational initiatives and annual planning for the Chief Revenue Officer's organization in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning team to define inputs and outputs, driving completion of planning milestones
• Partner with various departments to align planning processes with compensation and organizational design timelines
• Develop and refine management systems for monitoring business objectives and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 14+ years of experience in change management and annual planning, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Six Sigma) is required
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving change initiatives
• Experience in a project-based environment leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
