Job Summary

Strategically leading operational functions in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Business Operations will manage teams focused on Content Operations, Localization, and Product Onboarding while driving operational transformation and process optimization across Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture and establishing operational metrics
• Design and implement scalable workflows and governance models to enhance operational efficiency and standardization
• Evaluate and optimize AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions to improve productivity and operational innovation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Ecommerce Operations, or related fields
• Proven success in driving operational transformation and process optimization in high-growth environments
• Strong experience in building scalable workflows and operational governance frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
