Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for a high-growth tech company, the full-time Senior Director of Business Operations will design company-wide planning rhythms, drive strategic resource allocation, and oversee execution of key initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and design the company's operating cadence, including planning cycles and reporting transitions
• Drive strategic planning and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and the Executive Leadership Team
• Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to address key business challenges

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or program management in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Proven track record in leading annual planning processes and cross-functional prioritization
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Experience in building and developing high-performing teams of operators
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating order in fast-paced environments
