Senior Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Leading internal operations for the Program Impact Division, the fully remote Senior Director of Business Operations will manage systems, reporting, staffing, budgeting, and cross-program coordination to ensure efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee internal operations and performance standards across Education, Workforce Development, Teaching Kitchen Academy, and Business Development
• Provide operational support to the Director of Business Development, focusing on pipeline systems, reporting, and proposal coordination to drive revenue growth
• Develop centralized project management systems and dashboards for visibility into staffing, program performance, and operational risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience; PMP Certificate preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management or organizational leadership, preferably in mission-driven organizations
• Demonstrated success in internal operations leadership and staff management
• Strong understanding of budgeting and workforce planning
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required or willingness to learn
